Terms and Conditions
BOOKING: Shalane-Maré will reserve CLIENT a CHRISTMAS STYLED session once contract is signed and 50% non-refundable retainer have been received. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. If you are unable to make your scheduled session a credit will be given for a future experience with Shalane-Maré Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer. Due to the nature and limitations of the styled sessions, the outstanding balance must be paid at least 1 week before your session.
LATE ARRIVAL: CLIENT acknowledges that he/she must arrive 10 minutes prior to his/her scheduled photography session time slot so that we will be ready to start shooting at CLIENT’S designated time slot. If CLIENT is late to her session scheduled time slot, time will not be extended or rescheduled.
Refunds are not available for sessions cut short or entirely missed due to CLIENT’S late arrival.
ADDITIONAL IMAGES/RAW IMAGES: Shalane-Maré Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer does guarantee 12 edit images in CLIENT’S final
portfolio. Under no circumstance will Shalane-Maré Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer release RAW images to CLIENT. Shalane-Maré Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer selects
the best representation of the images taken at the event/associated sessions for the CLIENT portfolio.
Additional Digital images & products can be ordered.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
In the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through camera or computer malfunction, the photographer liability will be limited to a retake of the session as soon as possible or a full refund if a retake cannot be scheduled. If the session fee is refunded, photographer will have no further obligation.
Client is responsible for their own safety, the safety of those who accompany them, and the safety of each minor child accompanying them. Client agrees to retain custody and control of each child at all times during the session to avoid injury. On behalf of themselves and such children, client releases Shalane-Maré Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer. from all claims and liabilities.
I have read and understood and I agree to the terms and conditions listed above. I give my consent for images of myself and my minor children to be used for promotional purposes for Shalane-Maré Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog, printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, and print competitions.
